Sarah represents clients in sophisticated Family Law matters involving high-asset marital estates, complex property and business valuations, challenging income analyses, significant parenting disputes, and litigation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. While she is highly skilled in navigating complicated legal and financial issues, Sarah brings the same level of dedication and care to every case—no matter its size or complexity.

A strategic and attentive advocate, Sarah guides her clients through each stage of their case with clarity and purpose. She prioritizes helping clients make informed, carefully considered decisions and is adept at managing even the most difficult family-law conflicts.  Because resolution looks different for every client, Sarah takes the time to listen deeply, understand each client’s needs and goals, and develop a personalized, outcome-focused strategy. She encourages out-of-court settlement whenever possible and is known for her ability to work collaboratively with clients and opposing counsel to craft creative, forward-thinking solutions.

Since transitioning from government service as a criminal prosecutor, Sarah has dedicated her practice exclusively to Family Law. Her breadth of experience, litigation skill, and client-centered approach enable her to guide clients through some of the most personal and impactful challenges of their lives.

Zoe started as one of the firm’s paralegals and has recently been certified as a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional. Though Zoe works in all areas of practice, her main practice area is Family Law. She is a critical member of our Legal Team who has a keen eye and natural ability to identify and analyze important facts, evidence, legal issues. Zoe works with efficiency and is dedicated to ensuring that our team and clients are prepared and equipped to achieve resolution, whether through a negotiated settlement or court hearing. Zoe provides great care and understanding to our clients who enjoy working with her and know that she is invested in their individual cases and successes. Zoe began working as a paralegal with our attorneys in early 2022. Prior to working as a paralegal, Zoe held the positions of both Account Clerk and Court Clerk for the Garfield County Combined Courts. During her time as a clerk, Zoe gained intimate familiarity with the court’s documentation and filing processes, and she was responsible for managing and balancing the court’s registry account for the entire Ninth Judicial District. Zoe is a native of the Roaring Fork Valley, and in combination with her background as a court clerk, her knowledge and resourcefulness are great assets to our firm and clients.

Mary Ann is one of the firm’s Family Law paralegals. She also provides administrative support to the firm and clients. Mary Ann is integral to our Legal Team and the detail-oriented advocacy and representation that our clients receive. Not only is Mary Ann an experienced and consummate professional, she offers a steady, guiding hand to our Legal Team and clients. Clients of Neiley Law receive the utmost care and attention when working with Mary Ann. She has over 30 years of experience working with attorneys in the Roaring Fork Valley, including 12 years of experience working at a distinguished Family Law firm in Aspen. Mary Ann is passionate about her work. She is equally passionate about volunteering at animal rescue organizations and has been a longtime volunteer with Colorado Animal Rescue based in Glenwood Springs.
